Max & Kaitlyn
Hurricane Nicole might of crashed Max & Kaitlyn’s idea of an intimate woodsy wedding - but these two rocked it ! They were so happy to become Mr & Mrs , the stormy weather outside didn't seem to phase them .
The wedding ceremony & reception were held at the brides parents house with close friends and family in attendance and made for a fun memorable day.
Before their wedding day, I had never met Max & Kaitlyn before - only on FaceTime for about 20 minutes ; but they were so easy going ! As a photographer, it can be a little nerve wracking photographing people you have never met ; especially for their wedding day! The family and bride & groom though all made me feel so welcome it definitely made my job easy.
We started with the brides portraits in the upstairs of the house and wow she was a stunning bride ! The gloomy lighting outside made for difficult lighting inside , so in post editing I went with a little more ‘moody’ look - and it fir the day perfectly ! Kaitlyn is a beauty and was so fun to work with and didn’t mind getting some of the ‘model’ looking pictures ;)
Her and Max fit together perfectly and despite the chaos of having to re-plan the wedding day - they were so happy in love !
It is always an honor to capture people’s wedding days and witness as they say their vows to one another - probably one of my favorite parts to the day .
